These sock have been finished for a while, I almost forgot to blog about them! This was the 5th and finally pair of socks I finished in January. I had two lone skeins of Artyarns Supermerino, and I was inspired to start these after I saw cosmicpluto's.

Info
Pattern: Thuja Socks from Knitty
Yarn: 2 Skeins Artyarns Supermerino
Needles: #2 Addi Turbo, 40 inch
Time: January 26th - 29th
Modifications: When down a few needle sizes, since this was written for a mans foot. Knit both socks at once and added a short row heel instead of a flap. Man, I am starting to feel like I am repeating myself. Skipped the toe grafting too, out of laziness.

I like these sock, they are comfy and surprisingly not a thick as I thought. I don't know that I would wear them with boots, partly because it never really get that cold. But there are awesome for around the house. I am definitely going to keep this pattern in mind for the future, you could whip out some awesome gift socks in a manner of days. Oh and I am very happy about the way this yarn pooled, I love when it works out like that.
