misocrafty

I have been working on a new purse shape. Trying to make figure out this new shape I have floating around in my head. So this of course is my first draft.

After carrying it around all weekend I have decided that it needs a longer strap, a wide opening and a rounder shape. So I am getting there slowly. But the inside is awesome, filled with very useful pockets lining both sides. No more digging around my purse like Mary Poppins, searching for my car keys. I would have liked to add a magnetic snap, does anyone have a good resources on where to find those?

I didn't work on making the outside pretty, because this was only a draft. But it needs something, I may need to call upon my gocco for the job.  We took a late night trip to the dreaded walmart Saturday night to buy a new printer, to see if I could find an ink jet that is gocco compatible. So far no luck, but I am going to give it one more shot before I return it.

I had a great 3 day weekend, along with my week long blogging break. Much relaxing happened around the misocrafty house this weekend. We spent the morning at the beach yesterday and had a picnic. And since I haven't even upload my pictures from this weekend, more on that later. I was very glad to hear that my in-laws have made it to there new home in South Carolina safely. I am writing this in hopes that they have gotten there internet connection up, Love you guys. I am trying to get back in to my routine and back into posting here more often, no excuses I promise.
